Characteristics: High-grade underbody coating based upon rubber. Fast drying, permanently elastic. Good soundproofing properties. Does not contain bitumen or chlorinated hydrocarbons. Does not corrode PVC underbody coatings. Range of application: Car and industrial lacquering Instructions for use: Clean the surface from dirt, grease and rust. Remove old paint. If required sand lightly. Shake the can thoroughly and open it. Prepare the suction gun and adjust the air compression to 4-6 bar. Spray airo TOP homogenously and crosswise upon the surface. Special note: Do not spray upon brake lining, brake disk and exhaust pipe. Do not apply airo TOP on wax based coatings. Film thickness: Approximately 500 μm Coverage: Approximately 1 litre/m2 Drying time: Tack free surface after 20 minutes drying time. Completely dry after 1 to 2 hours depending on the surrounding temperature. The dry film is overcoatable. Chemical basis: TOP ÜBERLACKIERBAR: Synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, filling material, thixotropic agents and solvents. Temperature conditions: The material and surrounding temperature should range between +18° and 25 °C. Do not apply at temperatures below +15 °C Storage stability: 12 months in tightly closed tins when kept at +20 °C. Disposal consideration: Disposal according to local regulations.
