Product return terms

Return Policy (deliveries Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia):


 

The consumer is entitled to submit a claim for non-conformity of goods or services within two years from the date on which vendor or service provider is transferred and the consumer accepted the item / case, or if the product warranted - throughout the guarantee within the deadline;


The claim must be submitted within two months from the date on which the consumer discovers the non-compliance;

 

The seller answers / offers a solution - within 15 business days;


Postage will be returned only if the buyer has received a defective item. In other cases, postal expenses are not covered.


It is possible to return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order;


The returned item must be original, original appearance, marked with a tag, original packaging and without the use, wearing, washing and / or disassembly features;

!!! In the application, indicate the exact invoice / order number, date or attach a copy of the ECA check with an apparent number and date.

!!! If you request a refund in your claim, please indicate the exact bank account number to which the money will be transferred.

2. The seller answers / offers a solution - within 15 business days;


3. Upon receipt of the seller's response, the buyer returns the item on his own expenses to the following OMNIVA parcel machine:

!!! Before sending the goods make sure the product meets the warranty conditions, the original, the original appearance, has a tag, the original packaging and without the use, possession, washing and / or signs of demolition.

 

4. Upon receipt of the goods, the seller no later than within 15 days makes one of the following actions depending on the claim claimed by the buyer:

4.1. transfer the amount of money paid by the buyer to the goods excluding the delivery fee to the bank account indicated by the buyer

4.2.  if the transported product and / or its packaging do not comply with the terms of guarantee or the return of goods, send the relevant information to the buyer. In this case, the return shipping costs are not paid.

 

 

Return process for goods with a manufacturing defect:

 

1. Application

If goods are returned for return, then it is desirable to attach the goods to the application by accentuating the defective area or the opinion of the qualified service regarding production defects

 

2. The seller answers / offers a solution - within 15 business days;

 

3. If the product needs to be returned in order to perform an examination of the existence of a defect; sent for exchange to the manufacturer or for other reasons, the seller shall inform the buyer and the buyer shall send the returned goods to the OMNIVA parcel terminal as follows:

3.1. The seller will send the pre-arranged Omniva address card and / or Omniva shipping number to the buyer by e-mail


3.2. The buyer packs the goods for shipment and delivers them to Omina's parcel terminal


3.3. At the parcel terminal:


1. At the parcel terminal, select "Send Shipment" and press "Shipment with a pre-prepared address card";


2. If you have not previously printed the address card, enter the CEXXXXXXXXEE code you received in the text message / e-mail to print the address card;


3. Paste the address card and place the shipment in the locker;


4. Be sure to close the cabinet after insertion!


What should I do if the parcel machine does not print the address card?


If the address card (sticker) does not print at the parcel terminal and you are sure that the address card did not print late or did not stick to the address card printer, it indicates that the terminal card has run out of sticker paper and will be replaced soon. You can also safely place a shipment without an address card in the locker, as the data specified by you will be automatically saved in the system, and the courier will stick an address card when servicing the parcel terminal.


!!! Before shipping the item in connection with the application for defect in the product, please make sure that you carefully read the package leaflet and use the product strictly in accordance with the instructions. Make sure the item complies with the warranty conditions, its original, original appearance is marked with a tag, original packaging and without signs of long-term use, wearing, washing, and / or disassembling.

 

 

4. Upon receipt of the goods, the seller shall, within no more than 15 days, take one of the following actions depending on the results of the claim and the examination filed by the buyer:

4.1. if the existence of a confirmed manufacturing defect is confirmed, the amount paid by the buyer for the product and the return of the goods to OMNIVA are transferred in accordance with the receipt submitted by the buyer to the bank account indicated by the buyer

4.2. if the existence of a confirmed manufacturing defect is confirmed, send the exchange product to the buyer at the address indicated in the buyer's application

4.3. if the existence of a production defect is not confirmed or the product and / or its packaging does not comply with the terms of guarantee or the return of goods, send the relevant information to the buyer. In this case, shipping costs are not paid.
